Job Description AECOM is hiring for Senior Project Director to be based in the Greater Toronto Area to oversee a portfolio of projects that can range from $100K to $100M in fees, requiring complex coordination across multiple systems and process, including design development, project procurement support, engineering services during construction, start-up and commissioning and post-construction services. Ensure project work is undertaken is accordance with corporate health and safety policies and quality management systems Mentoring project managers, and other staff members on project team Qualifications Minimum Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field 12+ years extensive experience in the management of projects exceeding $200M Solid technical skills in one of the practice areas of water/wastewater treatment, or municipal/industrial infrastructure, developed within a professional services environment, ideally with consulting engineering experience Registration or ability to obtain professional registration with PEO Preferred Qualifications : 20+ years extensive experience in the management of projects exceeding $200M in water/wastewater treatment, or municipal/industrial infrastructure Exceptional client care and service delivery skills. Experience in working with geographically dispersed project teams that have successfully delivered major design projects within budget and on schedule Experience leading and developing multi discipline project teams that may reside in multiple offices and in multiple countries Proven project management skills including PM certifications.
