Manage all relationships with our partners and meet with them regularly to follow up on all pending tasks and opportunities. Develop, implement & maintain the team process including all opportunity tracking, reporting and follow up. Complete financial plans with myGPS system and conduct all client presentations for assigned clients. Maintain existing client accounts and identify opportunities. You will be responsible for managing timelines and key dates for accounts to help ensure clients feel supported by our team. Tap into your problem resolution skills to provide proactive client service. Working collaboratively, you will at times liaise with various departments to provide smooth and timely solutions. Work closely with the Branch Operations Manager to coordinate training, development and coaching for the new and existing team members. Host weekly team operations meetings with associate and associate advisors on the team. Ensure consistency in the implementation of new team process and conduct an annual review of team workload to ensure equitable distribution of work. Become well-versed in internal controls and industry regulatory requirements, ensuring client files and other necessary documentation is accurate, up-to-date and compliant. Support the Advisor team and client through the Wealth Management process and maintain an audit of Wealth Management Activities and priorities. What do you need to succeed?
