Description du poste Sous la direction du Chef de section de projets, l'Ingénieur(e) coordonnateur(trice) technique joue un rôle clé dans le suivi et la coordination des travaux sur le projet du Prolongement de la Ligne Bleue. Vous serez responsable de veiller à la conformité des travaux, de fournir un support technique tout au long du projet et de garantir la coordination efficace entre les différentes disciplines et parties prenantes. Assurer la surveillance des travaux selon les exigences contractuelles et les fréquences établies. Vérifier les méthodes de travail en collaboration avec les responsables de la mise en œuvre (MEO). Participer avec l’équipe qualité du bureau de projet aux audits de qualité sur chantier et assurer le suivi des actions correctives avec les différentes parties prenantes. Identifier, documenter et corriger tous les écarts par rapport aux exigences contractuelles (non-conformités, anomalies). Participer activement à la réception des ouvrages et garantir la conformité de tous les livrables. Agir en tant que conseiller technique pour la rédaction des mémos, des directives de chantier et des avis destinés aux adjudicataires. Filtrer et répondre aux questions techniques des adjudicataires durant la phase de mise en œuvre. Assister et participer activement aux réunions de chantier et à toutes autres rencontres de coordination. Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes pouvant aider à la réalisation du projet. Assister le chef de section de projet (ingénieur en chef dédié au projet). Rechercher, concevoir, analyser et recommander diverses solutions techniques. Fournir un support technique et agir en tant qu'expert-conseil. Qualifications Qualifications requises : Baccalauréat en ingénierie, spécialisation en structure. Membre de l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ). Détention de la carte ASP Construction. Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la construction et de la surveillance des travaux multidisciplinaires. Connaissances techniques dans les domaines suivants : génie civil, mécanique, électricité et architecture. Esprit de planification, de priorisation, d’organisation, avec une forte capacité d’analyse et de travail en équipe. Autonomie, orientation client/partenaire, excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler sous pression. Solides compétences en service à la clientèle, leadership et relations interpersonnelles. Autonomie, polyvalence et flexibilité. Rigueur professionnelle et capacité à travailler dans un environnement multidisciplinaire. Maîtrise des logiciels AutoCAD et Revit. Connaissance du logiciel Primavera Unifier (un atout). Excellente maîtrise du français (oral et écrit) et connaissance de l'anglais (oral et écrit). Qualifications souhaitables : 6 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire.
