QUALIFICATIONS:

Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (especially in Mexican or Latin cuisine)
Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Willingness to learn and follow traditional recipes and methods
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Food Handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain)

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and prep areas
Follow proper food safety and sanitation practices
Assist with prep work and inventory as needed
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service
Handle food with care and attention to detail
Maintain consistency and quality in every dish
