We are looking for a highly organized Linehaul Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Operations team at our Coquitlam Terminal. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing province-wide Linehaul operations to maintain reliable service at a reasonable cost.

• Coordinate and monitor daily linehaul planning to and from all areas of the service region.
• Plan & assign routes for drivers, ensuring efficient delivery of freight while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
• Manage operational commitments and expectations of the customer/carrier relationship; addressing and resolving any issues arising during transportation, such as delays, accidents/incidents or mechanical issues.
• Provide excellent service to customers, internal and external stakeholders addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Identify errors and root causes; recommending corrective action and procedural improvements within scope of responsibility.
