Responsibilities The responsibilities will include: Accurately and efficiently administer designated functions of the Pacific Australia Skills which may include the following services: Staff amenities, overall office logistics and procurement. Maintaining adequate stock level of stationery, staff amenities, first aid kits and PPEs. Communication, data entry, record management and general administration services. Provide leadership in implementation of administrative and procurement services in the project ensuring their effectiveness, transparency and integrity. Strategically source and negotiate to obtain goods and services that provide the best value for money, confirming receipt and ensuring proper storage. Support the facilities team with cleaning and maintenance of Pacific Australia Skills vehicles and facilities as per established service schedule.
