This Full-time Contract position within the Association is housed at the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario’s John Island Camp location near Spanish, ON. Reporting to the Director of John Island Camp, the Wellness Manager is responsible for overseeing the health, safety, and overall well-being of all campers and staff throughout their time at camp. This role conducts wellness check-ins for campers and staff, and manages first aid and wellness-related incidents. The Wellness Manager is also responsible for the safe organization, administration, and distribution of camper medications during their stay, ensuring a safe and supportive camp environment. START DATE: May 1, 2026 LOCATION: YMCA John Island Camp RATE OF PAY: $18.00-$20.00 HOURS: 42 hours/ week SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS Completion of at least three years in a nursing program at a college or university, or equivalent practical experience.
