Description du poste Le rôle de Coordonnateur(trice) des opérations de produits chez Techo-Bloc est un poste clé dans la stratégie mondiale d’approvisionnement. Cette personne soutiendra nos acheteurs et interagira avec les fournisseurs pour gérer les demandes de devis consolidées, les nouvelles relations fournisseurs et, occasionnellement, pour émettre et suivre les commandes pour des articles non inventoriés, en veillant à la livraison ponctuelle des produits sur nos sites Techo-Bloc. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes R&D, Approvisionnement, Production, Maintenance et Service à la clientèle, le/la Coordonnateur(trice) des opérations de produits est responsable de la collecte d’informations détaillées, de la gestion des données et de l’identification des besoins via notre système ERP, tout en contribuant à un portefeuille d’approvisionnement mondial prudent et réfléchi. Ce rôle exige une grande rigueur, de l’organisation et la volonté de se dépasser pour offrir la meilleure valeur à Techo-Bloc via nos fournisseurs. Voici un aperçu des responsabilités quotidiennes : Servir de principal point de contact entre les fournisseurs et Techo-Bloc ; Suivre, planifier et aligner les parties prenantes internes et externes sur les projets ; Émettre les commandes d’achat (P.O.) pour les besoins d’approvisionnement non inventoriés et gérer les données dans le système ERP avant transmission aux acheteurs ; Faciliter les mouvements de produits entre les sites et au sein de l’entreprise ; Collaborer avec l’équipe comptable pour l’enregistrement des nouveaux fournisseurs et la configuration des comptes fournisseurs ; Saisir les données et transmettre les informations sur les produits, catalogues, etc., aux parties prenantes (Production, Marketing, Service à la clientèle, Opérations, Logistique, Distribution, Comptabilité, etc.) afin de poursuivre les besoins d’approvisionnement ; Participer au développement d’outils pour suivre et analyser les fonctions d’approvisionnement, les rapports KPI et la gestion de projets ; Développer activement des relations avec les fournisseurs existants et nouveaux, tout en gérant les négociations de contrats et de tarifs ; Participer à l’évaluation des fournisseurs et des coûts pour les nouveaux matériaux ; Identifier les besoins et proposer des options d’achat viables pour les produits, composants, équipements et fournitures ; Partager ses recherches et son expertise sur les tendances de l’industrie, les nouveaux produits et les solutions potentielles aux problèmes ; Comparer les biens disponibles afin de déterminer les meilleures offres ; Servir de liaison entre les départements internes, les fournisseurs et les collègues. Qualifications 1 an ou plus d’expérience dans un rôle en approvisionnement stratégique, achats ou gestion de produits ; 1 an ou plus d’expérience en relations avec les fournisseurs et négociation de contrats ; Expérience démontrable et autonome dans la recherche, la qualification et la sélection de prospects pour un projet ; Expérience de travail avec un système ERP (SAP ou Microsoft AX de préférence) ; Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, etc.) ; Bilinguisme (français/anglais) – nécessaire en raison des communications fréquentes avec les employés au Québec, en Ontario et aux États-Unis.
