Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and client-focused Solutions Consultant to join our North American team. Key Responsibilities - Partner with law firms and legal-technology providers to understand business goals, workflows, and technical requirements. - Facilitate discovery sessions to identify opportunities for solution deployment or custom development. - Lead full lifecycle implementations of legal technology platforms, including configuration, integration, and functional testing. - Oversee project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth execution. - Design or support data migration strategies that prioritize accuracy, completeness, and financial data integrity. - Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training to end users ahead of system rollout. - Support go-live activities and ensure a seamless transition to new systems. - Deliver post-implementation support and serve as a trusted advisor for ongoing optimization and enhancements.
