Description du poste Le/la Développeur·se de Communauté sera responsable de l’établissement et du développement de nos communautés autour des jeux Ubisoft, grâce à une maîtrise de la communication avec les joueur·se·s, de l’amélioration des jeux et des cycles de retours, ainsi que du déploiement et du maintien des meilleures pratiques. Il/elle dirigera la stratégie communautaire globale sur une ou plusieurs marques, créera et exécutera des plans mondiaux, et travaillera avec une équipe internationale distribuée, axée sur la construction de relations et l’instauration de la confiance avec les joueur·se·s du monde entier, contribuant ainsi aux opportunités de croissance de notre activité mondiale. Ce poste fournira également des conseils aux membres des équipes transversales, facilitant la planification collaborative et l’exécution des engagements selon des standards de qualité élevés. En tant que membre de l’équipe communauté globale, ce poste sera intégré aux studios de développement principaux. CE QUE VOUS FEREZ Développer et exécuter des plans stratégiques communautaires à travers diverses tactiques de contenu, soutenant les objectifs de Production et renforçant la stratégie marketing globale. Coordonner les communications, activités et initiatives avec plusieurs départements mondiaux pour garantir des messages cohérents et homogènes. Mobiliser les Community Managers, les équipes transversales et les ressources partenaires pertinentes pour créer du contenu significatif pour nos joueur·se·s (exemple : blogs, podcasts, interviews, infographies, etc.). Agir comme porte-parole pour les marques assignées. Coordonner des événements centrés sur la communauté tels que des visites de studios par des fans, des dialogues avec les développeur·se·s et des tournois. Collaborer avec le/la Social Media Manager du portefeuille pour définir et rapporter les KPI de contenu afin de démontrer le succès et le ROI des programmes et contenus communautaires. Soutenir les jalons internes et externes, tels que les bêtas et les lancements, pour garantir l’atteinte des KPI et défendre l’expérience des joueur·se·s. Agir en tant que représentant·e principal·e des besoins des joueur·se·s au sein des équipes de Production et de Publication pour influencer positivement le développement et le positionnement des communications, au bénéfice de nos joueur·se·s et de nos objectifs d’affaires. Structurer les cycles de retours des joueur·se·s et fournir des insights aux équipes de Production et de Publication afin d’influencer les expériences de jeu, stimuler la rétention des joueur·se·s et contribuer au positionnement des messages et temps forts marketing. Collaborer et coordonner avec les équipes live après le lancement pour la communication post-release. Définir les attentes sur les situations applicables telles que le contenu des patchs, leur état et leur livraison. Gérer et produire des rapports internes sur les retours, l’activité et les attentes des communautés. Des déplacements internationaux peuvent être requis. Qualifications CE QUE VOUS APPORTEREZ À L’ÉQUIPE Expérience intermédiaire dans la gestion de communautés en ligne et le développement de plans ou programmes stratégiques avec succès démontrable en contexte professionnel. Expérience approfondie dans l’industrie du jeu vidéo, avec plusieurs plateformes de jeu (requis). Connaissance approfondie des plateformes sociales (Instagram, Twitter/X, Facebook, TikTok, Discord, etc.) requise. Expérience dans un environnement de Production exigeant, avec multiples échéances, indicateurs de succès et parties prenantes. Solide compréhension de la création et du maintien de la croissance des communautés de jeux vidéo ainsi que du développement et de l’exécution de plans stratégiques d’engagement des joueur·se·s. Expérience confirmée de collaboration avec diverses parties prenantes pour filtrer et intégrer les retours des joueur·se·s. Maîtrise du français. Le lancement d’un titre AAA constitue un atout important. Une expérience en marketing sur les réseaux sociaux est un atout.
