Your Key Responsibilities: Assist a design team to prepare contract documents for the following systems: HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and building systems controls; Design of new construction and renovations of building projects such as healthcare administration, laboratory, assembly, recreational and residential; Coordinate design support staff across multiple disciplines; Manage projects to meet budget and deliverables; Meet and liaise with clients; Assisting with business development and proposals; Perform construction administration and field reviews; and Document, plan, and conduct commissioning and start-up activities.
