This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our care team and ensuring seamless operations in a vibrant long-term care environment. Position Details: Start as Full-Time to support and stabilization of scheduling systems and staff onboarding. Transition to 0.6 FTE after 3–6 months, once systems are established and staffing is stabilized. Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain staff schedules for nursing and care teams, ensuring coverage and compliance with collective agreements.
