Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicate all offerings to the client. Assist team through difficult issues, by finding solution driven results. Ensure that clients are kept happy and always satisfied by always providing prompt response and solutions to their challenges Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned large partners with responsibility for retention and account manager support Reports to the TL of Account Management, providing regular input on all account activity, including complaints and escalations.
