Product Design and Engineering, is the creative and scientific powerhouse of R&D our designers, engineers and scientist, co create products and solutions for targeted user segments and various intimate healthcare conditions.
You will become a part of Mechanical Engineering where functional & robust design ensure the quality of mechanical specifications and design documentation.
We use state-of-the-art tools, and processes and aim for best practices in our work. We are the voice of mechanical engineering in the R&D organization and beyond. More specifically you will be working in the Concept & Solution team.
The Role
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be an integral part of our cross-functional team, contributing to every stage of the development process within our stage gate model. From conceiving early-stage ideas based on input from the organization and or interaction with users and to the handover to our volume production sites. You’ll play a role in inventing and implementing cutting-edge technologies. Your role will involve collaboration with experts in Industrial Design, Materials, Simulation, Usability and many other part of our organisation, ensuring a balanced and optimal product development.

Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess:
B.Sc. or M.Sc. with a specialty in Innovation, Mechanical Design, Product Development, or a related field.
Strong visual and oral communication skills.
Solid analytical and theoretical capabilities, applied effectively in practice.
Proficiency in 3D CAD software, specifically SolidWorks or equivalent.
Experience in design for injection molding and high-volume production.
Experience with robust design analysis and tolerance calculations.
Analytic approach to data-driven decisions, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Strong cross-functional cooperation skills.
