Stellenbeschreibung Ihre Aufgaben • Sie kodieren im Wechsel alle Fachabteilungen nach DKR und FPV. • Sie erfassen TISS/SAPS-Punkte der Intensivstationen. • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Schulungen der Ärzte bei Jahresupdates oder bei Veränderungen im Fallpauschalensystem. • Sie tauschen sich regelmäßig mit den Chefärzten aller Fachabteilungen aus. • Sie arbeiten mit an der Einführung einer digitalen Patientenakte. • Sie bearbeiten MD-Gutachten, Falldialoge mit Kostenträgern. • Sie tauschen Daten digital mit allen Kostenträgern, in Form von MBEG und KAIN/INKA aus. • Sie überprüfen regelmäßig alle Zusatzentgelte und gleichen diese in Zusammenarbeit mit der Apotheke ab. • Sie tauschen sich kontinuierlich mit der Rechnungsabteilung/Patientenaufnahme und dem Finanzcontrolling sowie der Finanzbuchhaltung aus. Qualifikationen Ihr Profil • Sie sind zur Kodierfachkraft ausgebildet und haben eine abgeschlossene medizinische Ausbildung im Pflegeberuf mit sehr guten medizinischen Kenntnissen. • Sie verfügen zudem über langjährige Erfahrung und fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kodierung nach DKR und FPV, in der MD-Bearbeitung und bei Fallbesprechungen. • Wünschenswert ist eine mehrjährige Erfahrung im Medizincontrolling/Finanzcontrolling. • Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in Word, Excel und Power Point. • Erfahrungen mit ORBIS, Kodip Suite, ggfs. auch mit ISH-med und SAP sind von Vorteil. • Sie zeichnen sich durch analytisches Denken und Teamfähigkeit aus.
