We’re searching for a Germany-based Support Consultant to join our German Support team, so that we can enhance healthcare safety and quality for our customers. The Support Consultant will provide essential support for RLDatix software products to ensure our customers can use our products efficiently and effectively.

WHAT KIND OF THINGS WE’RE MOST INTERESTED IN YOU HAVING

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent IT training.
• Proven success in configuring LINUX and Windows servers, along with networking skills (LAN, WLAN, VPN).
• In-depth knowledge on how to provide excellent customer service and technical support.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a C2 German level and good written and spoken English skills.
• Sincere interest in making a difference in the healthcare sector.
• A knack for working independently and taking initiative within a team-oriented environment.

We’re seeking candidates who are not only technically proficient but also deeply committed to making a difference in healthcare through excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should have:

• A willingness to engage with our proprietary development tools.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Expertise in the configuration of LINUX and Windows (on premise and cloud based) servers, along with networking skills (LAN, WLAN, VPN).
• A professional demeanor, focused on customer satisfaction and teamwork.
• Initiative, excellent self-organization, assertiveness, and flexibility.
• A background in the healthcare sector would be advantageous
• Good written and spoken English skills, German C2 level
