YOUR PROFILE

• Relevant Experience: Experience in fast-paced environments such as startups, consulting, or finance is a plus. We value diverse backgrounds and are open to candidates with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and contribute meaningfully. A proven track record of managing projects and initiatives, even on a smaller scale, is highly desirable.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically, focusing on achieving measurable results.
• Execution Focus: A demonstrated ability to take ownership, work independently, and deliver results in a dynamic environment. We’re looking for someone who is proactive and takes initiative.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with a variety of stakeholders.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate (m/f/d) to work directly with the founders on a wide range of critical initiatives. In this role, you’ll gain invaluable experience by supporting the translation of high-level goals into actionable steps, assisting with key projects, and contributing to the operational efficiency that drives our growth and impact. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the founders’ daily activities, providing exposure to all facets of building a company.
Our mission is to empower researchers and engineers in biotech, pharma, chemistry, and food industries to solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges. We provide the infrastructure to enable the automation and digitalization of laboratory workflows, connecting lab equipment to cloud-based automation systems. You will be instrumental in ensuring our organization runs smoothly and effectively, directly contributing to our ability to deliver exceptional value to our customers and partners.
