Übersicht:
Reporting to the Global Commissioning Director, the Technical Coordinator is responsible for providing support to a global client base. The Technical Coordinator primarily coordinates the commissioning activities and warranty claims solving for installation, commissioning, repair and troubleshooting of rotating equipment.

Verantwortungsbereiche:

• Coordinate the schedule of the different interventions in US and EMEA for commissioning and interventions during the warranty period of the equipment.
• Prepare the commissioning interventions with the relevant technical package in due time as well as coordinate with customer.
• Consolidate our database with relevant information (technical info, service reports, etc…) on our dedicated tools.
• Analyze commissioning reports and report deviations.
• Consolidate the global timesheets and emit absorption KPI.
• Support the warranty team, consolidate the list of claims of Tiers 2 & 3 and emit KPIs.
• Analyze the warranty claims, identify generic problems and launch continuous improvement process with relevant parties.
• Manage the internal communications with service centers about technical bulletins and applicable procedures for commissioning.
• Work with customers to coordinate work scope, necessary parts and tool lists and other logistic considerations necessary to prepare for field service personnel’s work.

Qualifikationen:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical engineering.
• Previous experience in Warranty / service management on a worldwide installed base is needed.
• 2 + years minimum of related experience in cryogenic equipment.

KNOWLEDGE AND CRITICAL SKILLS/EXPERTISE

• Knowledge on cryogenic equipments (service or commissioning).
• Above average data management skills.
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical and process prints and related technical documentation.
• Experience in handling several projects in parallel.
• Knowledge and experience with fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
• Knowledge and experience with system integration & industrial controls.
