About Siegel Adhesives

Siegel Adhesives is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-performance chemical products, including adhesives, sealants, membranes and functional coating systems.

With a strong presence across Australia, New Zealand and international markets, Siegel is recognised for quality, innovation and reliability. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a creative digital professional to help strengthen their brand presence and connect with customers, candidates and employees across digital channels.

About the Opportunity

Are you someone who spots a trend before everyone else, always has new content ideas and loves bringing a brand to life through creative storytelling?

This is a hands-on opportunity for a Creative Lead - Brand & Content to take ownership of Siegel's social media presence and help shape how the business connects with its audience.

Working closely with the communications and wider business teams, you'll manage the full content journey — from developing ideas and planning campaigns through to filming, editing, publishing, community engagement and analysing performance.

Based in office, onsite in Narellan, NSW office.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own Siegel's presence across relevant social platforms
  • Plan, film and edit professional video and photography content
  • Visit customer and project sites to capture testimonials, case studies, interviews and behind-the-scenes content
  • Develop short-form video content including Reels, TikToks and social campaigns
  • Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach and conversion metrics
  • Prepare regular social media and digital marketing reports
  • Develop and manage the content calendar
  • Write engaging social copy, website content and campaign messaging
  • Identify trends and turn them into relevant content opportunities
  • Work with customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders to identify stories worth sharing
  • Build a library of customer testimonials, project photography and video assets
  • From visiting customers and capturing authentic testimonials to developing podcast concepts, product stories and social-first video, you'll have genuine ownership of how Siegel's brand is represented and how we connect with our audience.
  • You'll work closely with Siegel's directors, marketing team and key stakeholders, bringing a strong brand and content perspective to wider marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can combine big-picture content strategy with practical content production.

We're looking for someone who can pick up a camera, visit a customer or project site, capture genuine stories and testimonials, and turn that footage into engaging content across multiple platforms.

You'll be comfortable filming and editing video, creating content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, and using Meta advertising to amplify the right content to the right audience. You'll also track performance, analyse results and use those insights to continually improve future campaigns.

In short, we're looking for someone who can take an idea from concept → camera → edit → publish → promote → analyse and make it happen!

You'll ideally bring:

  • 3-5 years' experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing
  • Strong video editing and content production skills
  • Experience with tools such as CapCut, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and audience behaviour
  • The ability to turn ideas into engaging, high-quality content
  • A balance of creativity and data-driven decision making
  • Strong organisation and project coordination skills
  • A proactive, energetic approach and the confidence to take ownership

Why Join Siegel?

This is an opportunity to have genuine creative ownership within a growing national business.

You'll enjoy:

  • Competitive base salary
  • The opportunity to make a visible impact on brand growth and engagement
  • Variety across content creation, strategy, analytics and community management
  • A fast-paced environment where new ideas are encouraged
  • Career growth within a business in expansion mode
  • A high-performance culture that recognises and rewards results
