This team sits in the wider Operations team, based at Apple’s European HQ in Cork, Ireland. The Supply Demand Management (SDM) team are responsible for end-to-end product planning for the EMEIA market, ensuring that all of our products are in the right place, at the right time, in order to ensure our customers can avail of our products when and where they need to. Our SDM team collaborate with many cross-functional teams including Logistics, Reseller Operations, Manufacturing and Finance. DESCRIPTION Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a balanced supply across the EMEIA region, driving efficiency and excellence. Strategize and execute inventory replenishment plans to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce obsolescence. Lead production planning to align factory outputs with market demand, ensuring sufficient supply across all distribution channels. Analyse demand patterns and forecast trends using advanced statistical tools, capturing the latest market intelligence. Coordinate and oversee supply movements across factories and regional hubs, guaranteeing optimal availability. Track and report KPIs and metrics to continuously assess and enhance supply chain performance. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Global Teams, Logistics, etc.) to ensure alignment and collaboration. Communicate optimally with internal and external partners, fostering clarity and collaboration. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and systems. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at maximising data and tools to drive decisions. Highly proficient in MS Excel. Exceptional communication skills, capable of building and nurturing positive relationships with both internal and external partners. Self-driven and results-oriented, demonstrating high initiative and a strong sense of accountability.
