Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Field incoming calls, faxes and emails from customers and sales representatives and input sales orders on to system in a timely and efficient manner
  • Complete all required administration functions so that accurate records are maintained at all times
  • Be aware of all promotional activity and utilise promotions as a tool to generate increased business
  • Liaise as necessary with the Sales Force, keeping lines of communication open and updating Reps on ad-hoc information as it arises
  • Develop and maintain Strong Working Relationships with customer trading teams and internal sales and marketing. Manage issues, opportunities and threats as they arise
  • Manage, maintain and utilise customer records (CRM) to generate increased sales
  • Handle customer queries that may arise as service queries
  • Develop strong business relationships with all your customers
  • Maintain regular contact in accordance with call planning schedule
  • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills
