SWIM INSTRUCTOR - SPRINGHILL COURT HOTEL LEISURE CLUB

Springhill Court Hotel Leisure Club is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our dynamic team. We pride ourselves on delivering a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for all our members and guests, and we are looking for someone who shares that commitment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Swim Ireland Level 1 or 2 Swimming Teacher qualification (or equivalent).
  • Current Lifeguard qualification (RLSS or equivalent) desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and approachable with a passion for swimming and teaching.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to children and adults of all ages and abilities.
  • Ensure a safe and fun learning environment for all participants.
  • Plan and deliver structured lessons in line with Swim Ireland (or equivalent) standards.
  • Provide feedback and encouragement to swimmers to support their progress.
  • Maintain the highest level of health & safety standards within the pool area.
