COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Lingo Granada is a small, friendly English language school located in the heart of Granada. We provide English classes to both children and adults starting from age 4, with a strong emphasis on family-focused and youth-centred learning. Our programmes are particularly popular with children and teenagers and are designed to help learners prepare for the Cambridge English Exams.
Our methodology prioritises oral communication through dynamic and engaging lessons that develop the four essential language skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking. We follow the Spanish academic calendar, offering classes from mid-September to late June. Lessons are typically held Monday to Thursday between 15:45 and 20:45.
Lingo Granada is managed by Michael Taylor and Kelly Rodgers, two experienced English teachers and directors with over 15 years of teaching experience in Spain.

• Applicants must be currently residing in Ireland, have an Irish postal address and bank account, and must have the right to live and work in Ireland
• We are unable to accept applications from full-time students or those seeking ‘year in industry’ placements
• Placements are for a fixed period of 92 days (13 weeks), and participants must remain in the destination country for the full period
• The programme start date (departure to host destination) is expected to be around 19th September 2025
• Online preparatory training sessions (1–3 hours each) will take place the week before departure. These sessions are mandatory
• Applications are currently open for placements running September – December 2025

Interviews will be held on a rolling basis until all placements are filled. We recommend applying early, as roles fill quickly.
