Your new role: As Social Care Worker, you will play an important role in ensuring young people achieve their full potential. You will assist them in building on their strengths and abilities, while maintaining a positive and trustworthy relationship with them and their families.
What you will need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role, you will hold a Level 7/8 Degree in Social Care or equivalent Degree in Social Work or Psychology with residential care experience. In addition to this, you will ideally have experience in working in a Social Care Worker role in a residential centre. You will be open to working set shift patterns in the service and ideally have a full clean driver’s license.

• SCW salary €36,738 (€18.11 p/h) - €52,720 LSI (€25.99 p/h) plus €6,000-€9,000 approx. premium pay.
• Salary based on experience and annual increments apply for social care workers.
