The Product Operations Software Engineering (OpsSWE) team is responsible for developing tools and infrastructure solutions for Product Operations. Our team is involved in solving for and providing solutions for a broad range of Product Operations needs, solutions vary from Tools to Distributed Systems to Data Pipelining. The OpsSWE team is looking for a creative and motivated full stack developer with excellent technical, problem solving and interpersonal skills. DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a flexible full stack engineer who can build and maintain solutions from the ground up using modern frameworks. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions to support diverse global needs. You will work cross functionally with various Apple teams to understand, analyze, define requirements to identify, design and develop optimal solutions and to support same. You must be willing to travel internationally if required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven understanding of object-oriented programming, Software design and data structures
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally and geographically
• Experience working with GenAI, ML, LLM’s and data pipelines
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Work on all phases of the development lifecycle, including architecture, design, implementation, testing, deployment and support
• Experience with full stack web development
• DevOps Experience with AWS and its deployment infra.
• Experience with at least one lightweight virtualisation tool (e.g. Docker)
• Experience designing, implementing and supporting highly scalable RESTful services
• Experience in distributed real time system development
• Proficiency working with Databases
• Experience working with Javascript/NodeJS
• Ability to take charge of situations, drive initiatives and lead projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (e.g. Jenkins)
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Source Control Git
• Familiarity with DBMS and NOSQL
• SQL query language
• Knowledge of web front-end development technologies such as React or Angular
• Experience with multithreaded programming
• Experience with network socket programming
• Understanding of modern computer and hardware fundamentals
