All of our Digital Transformation interns have the opportunity to be considered for a graduate position following their internship. Over the last 5 years, 19 interns successfully secured a graduate role with us, all of which are still employed with us. We offer all of our interns a chance to take part in our Career Success Support Programme which will guide you through your internship and set you up for success. Being a multinational company, should a business need arise, you may get the opportunity to travel to one of our other European offices.

We are seeking motivated and forward-thinking Digital Transformation Interns to join our team. In this role, you will gain hands on experience in leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and drive organizational growth. Our Digital Transformation intern roles are tailored to both business-focused and technically minded students, ensuring you find the perfect role that aligns with your interests and strengths. Some Key Learning Opportunities (dependent on whether you are technically focused/business curious or a mix of both)

  • Support Digital Initiatives: Assist in digital transformation projects, focusing on process automation, digital integration, and technology adoption.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Collect and analyses data to support digital initiatives, using tools like SQL and Power BI. Utilization of BI insight will enable the business to understand customer behavior and data.
  • Technology Implementation: Participate in the implementation of new digital tools and platforms. Assist in configuring, testing, and deploying software solutions that streamline business processes and enhance user experiences. This is an opportunity to focus in on your technical skills in an environment that encourages innovation and automation.
  • Project Management: Support project management activities, ensuring the successful deliver of impactful projects.
  • Innovation & Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital transformation, AI, Automation, and other relevant technologies. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading cloud applications and tools such as Microsoft Power Platform and AI technologies.
  • Technology Exposure: You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools, including:
  • Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, Atlassian Confluence, Share Point
  • CRM & ERP Systems: Microsoft Dynamics
  • Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps

Your Profile

  • Currently participating in a bachelor’s degree such as Business Information Systems, IT Management or AI/Automation related discipline. We are open to all undergraduate programs, provided you can demonstrate a strong personal motivation to learn aspects of any of the following (all not mandatory); Business/Automation/AI/Machine Learning.
