Job Description: Dennehy Pro Plus in Ballycoolen, Dublin 15 is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a 1st LCV Apprentice Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the automotive industry. As an apprentice technician, you will receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience working on light commercial vehicles (LCVs).

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent English written and spoken
  • Strong interest in automotive technology and mechanics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of vehicle systems and components.
  • Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced technicians in performing maintenance and repair tasks on LCVs.
  • Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
