REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVE):

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the security industry
• Strong technical knowledge of a wide range of security systems (e.g., intruder, access control, CCTV, fire and emergency lightening)
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting project deadlines and client expectations
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices and standards
• Full, clean driving licence
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and servicing of a variety of security systems including intruder alarms, Caviar systems. access control, and more. You will work independently and collaboratively to ensure that customer sites are secure and systems are functioning optimally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of a broad range of security systems
• Ensure work is completed in line with customer security requirements and industry standards
• Troubleshooting and fault-finding across multiple security platforms
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned jobs within deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
• Maintain a high standard of Health & Safety at all times
• Accurate documentation of all work carried out
• On Call
