Description
  • Understanding customer objectives and user needs by conducting interviews, workshops, tree tests and heuristic audits, then transforming these learnings into concrete product directions.
  • Design and document solutions at each stage of the project: personas, site plans, user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups.
  • Solving usability and findability problems in a simple and intuitive way, keeping both user and business objectives in mind.
  • Integrate accessibility from the design stage to ensure inclusive experiences.
  • Translating brand strategy into consistent and polished interfaces, with attention to detail that makes the experience enjoyable.
  • Plan and conduct user tests, analyze the results and iterate accordingly.
  • Build and evolve design systems in Figma (components, variants, tokens, styles and documentation) to ensure consistency across each product and accelerate production.
  • Using AI to accelerate the production of wireframes, user flows, visuals and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborating with project and product managers as well as developers throughout the implementation process to ensure smooth handovers and a result faithful to the design.
  • Write the necessary specifications and documentation, and defend your design decisions to the team and clients by anchoring them in the data and objectives of the project.
  • Develop and implement processes that will help us deliver world-class designs from ideation to finished product.
  • Assist in business development (estimates, pitches, proposals to clients).
