At Monzo, our Hiring Team is the backbone of our growth, divided into four dynamic squads: Executive Hiring, Business Hiring, Technology Hiring, and Customer Support Hiring. With nearly 40 talented individuals driving our success in the UK, we are excited to expand internationally. We’re now welcoming our first recruiter outside of the UK - and we’re looking for someone who is up for this challenge!

YOU’LL WORK WITH HIRING MANAGERS TO STRUCTURE AND RUN GREAT HIRING PROCESSES

Our hiring managers are often busy team leads and executives. They’ll need your help to identify what skills they’re looking for and how best to assess these. You’ll be confident challenging their thinking and asking the right questions to figure this out. You’ll own everything about the hiring process from beginning to end, and be skilled at convincing candidates to join us.

YOU MIGHT ALREADY HAVE A SPECIALIST AREA BUT YOU’LL BE COMFORTABLE WORKING ON ANY ROLE

We don’t mind if you’re a generalist recruiter, or if you already have a specialism, as long as you’re initially happy getting stuck into hiring any role that needs you. You’ll work closely with other members of the hiring team to solve company-wide hiring problems, share what you already know and learn from their experiences. As the team builds out, you’ll be able to continue specialising as an individual contributor, or explore development into management or leadership.
