We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline for a fast-moving private equity firm actively sourcing acquisition targets across service company verticals. You will research prospects, build pre-call intelligence reports using AI tools, manage outbound outreach, qualify leads, and book meetings for the deal team. This role is heavier on research and preparation than a typical SDR position. Before every call, you will be expected to build a structured company and contact brief using Claude or similar AI tools so the deal team walks in fully prepared. If you have a sales background, know your way around Salesforce, and are genuinely skilled at using AI to produce fast, accurate research and reports, this role is a strong fit.
