About the role Support children and young people to re-engage with education by working directly with students, families and schools to address barriers to attendance. You will manage a caseload of students experiencing attendance challenges, building trust with students and their families, coordinating support, and working collaboratively with schools and partners to improve engagement and outcomes. This is a dynamic, community-based role that involves working directly with students and families across a range of settings.
