Office Coordination Submit work orders and schedule repairs for general office space and equipment Work with building management to ensure the smooth running of the office Monitor and maintain stock levels for the general office areas and lunchroom/tea areas, ordering replacements as required from the relevant suppliers Provide a positive front of house service, meet and greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate part of the business, ensuring compliance with visitor management processes Apply building security access protocols, including access pass management, to support the effective operation of the building security system Support MedHealth’s Head of Property with administration of routine audits Coordinate the upkeep of the office environment.
