As a Relief role, you will assist and provide coverage in various areas within the department leading continuous improvement projects, supporting operations engineers and coordinators and actively support management during change initiatives. You’ll lead and manage the team’s success through their performance and productivity to ensure our business plan objectives and targets are continually met.
