Support Campaign and Proposal staff with proposal material Support development of Project Execution Plan and Health and Safety Plans Prepare and establish baseline schedule (or programmes) in conjunction with members of the project team. Assist in monitoring scope/scope creep, cost and schedule alignment throughout the Project Phase Assist Project Managers and project teams with monthly schedule / programme updates, financial forecasting, invoicing and progress reports, to both internal and external clients. Be accountable for own quality of workmanship by providing accurate reports, document control and monitoring within the timelines set out for the project. To be successful for this role you'll need: Previous Controls background, having experience with Earned Value and / or working in a cost-based environment will be very beneficial. We use many digital tools, and our financial system is Oracle. A person with at least 3-4 years’ experience, strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite but also a quick learner, excellent organisational and attention to detail, with clear, open communication skills.
