As a Property Consultant, you will be an expert in liaising with a range of stakeholders. Technical work will initially focus on site acquisition and property advisory across New Zealand in the Renewable Energy and Telecommunication sectors, but you will also be providing property expertise across the wide ranging SLR client base. It is essential that you be able to work independently and have experience working in rural environments, with the ability to travel within NZ. Responsibilities As a member of the Property team, you will manage and support delivery of a range of projects. You will be responsible for the following: Delivery of Property projects and managing programs of work Working closely with our clients to help them assist their project and program delivery Work beside the rest of the Property team, partnering with Planners, Ecologists, Landscape Architects and others across New Zealand; in the Wellington office our disciplines include Planning, Environmental Services, Acoustics & Vibration, Ecology & Marine Science, and Hydrology & Hydrogeology. Candidates should have experience in campground, hospitality, or customer service roles and be able to manage facilities to a high standard. A current full New Zealand driver’s licence and first aid certificate are also required.
