Your Role We’re looking for a Payments Growth Specialist (Hybrid Sales) to join our growing team. This is a revenue-focused role responsible for driving adoption and growth of Re-Leased Pay, our integrated payments platform. The role combines direct sales, internal enablement, and customer engagement initiatives to accelerate Pay’s integration and usage across our customer base. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with our Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams to make Pay a key part of every customer’s Re-Leased experience. Your Responsibilities Own a Pay-specific sales quota focused on upselling to existing customers and supporting new deals. Manage the full sales cycle for Pay opportunities — from discovery and demo through to close. Collaborate with Account Managers and New Business teams to identify and close Pay opportunities. Train and coach internal sales teams on Pay positioning and objection handling. Develop playbooks, collateral, and tools to make selling Pay easier. Act as the internal subject matter expert for Re-Leased Pay. Plan and deliver customer webinars and educational sessions. Partner with Marketing to create campaigns that drive Pay awareness and adoption. Gather and share customer insights to help shape product and messaging improvements. Your Experience Proven sales experience in SaaS or fintech with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Strong ability to manage a full sales cycle (prospecting → closing). Solid understanding of payment workflows, reconciliation, and the value drivers for property management or similar industries. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to deliver compelling demos and webinars. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Bonus points for experience selling digital payment products or working within PropTech. Comfortable using CRM and analytics tools to track performance and optimise strategies.
