REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor or Master in Power Engineering
FSE course

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 8 years’ experience from engineering phase with electrical systems design and follow-up
Experience with HV equipment, i.e. GIS, transformer, cable, drive, motor.
Experience from greenfield, modification and electrification projects in oil & gas, or relevant is an advantage.
Experience with delivery of electrical documents i.e. SLD, load list, Power cable schedule, power system philosophy etc.
Extensive knowledge of electrical design according to relevant standards such as NORSOK, ATEX, DNV

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to work for a feed phase greenfield and modification offshore project. Scope includes electrification scope. The right candidates will join a major project and will have the opportunity to develop his/her skills within electrical system design and calculation in a large international project-working environment:

TYPICAL TASKS WILL BE:

System Design and follow up of high and low voltage systems
Technical input and review for power system philosophy document.
Evaluate the MEL, GA drawings issued by sub-supplier
Preparing electrical documents such as electrical load list, power cable schedule and SLD.
Iput to layout department for the electrical components and equipment room layout
Participate in sub-supplier meetings & internal meetings
