What will you do… Delivery Leadership, Execution, and Stakeholder Engagement Own end-to-end delivery of software products, features, and engineering initiatives across multiple teams. Drive planning, execution, monitoring, and successful release of software products throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Ensure delivery commitments are met while maintaining high standards of quality, security, performance, and scalability. Manage risks, and escalation paths to keep development initiatives on track. Serve as the primary delivery point of contact between Product, Engineering, Business, and Executive stakeholders. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution. Support strategic planning, resource forecasting, and capacity management activities. Agile & Engineering Processes Continuously improve software development processes, delivery frameworks, and team workflows to increase productivity and predictability. Establish delivery metrics and reporting mechanisms, including velocity, release predictability, lead time, cycle time, throughput, and quality indicators. Drive adoption of engineering best practices, release management, and automation initiatives. Engineering Excellence & Quality Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure software solutions meet architectural and quality standards. Drive quality-focused delivery practices, including automated testing, release readiness reviews, and production support processes.
