Job Overview

Due to business growth & moving into a bigger premises, we are seeking a skilled Technician to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing & repairing a wide range of class 4 & class 7 vehicles & will be able to work well as part of a team, be dependable & punctual.
Qualifications would be preferred but not essential depending on experience & knowledge & a valid MOT testing license would be an advantage.
Potential further training opportunities will be available to the right candidate

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose & create detailed reports on vehicle issues to workshop controller & front of house team via supplied tablet device.
  • Carry out servicing & repairs on vehicles to a professional & accurate standard

  • Where necessary, general day to day house keeping and work space cleanliness.

    Skills

  • Ability to adapt, use initiative & problem solve

  • Experience in vehicle maintenance, diagnosis & repair
  • Basic IT skills & diagnostic tool use

  • Good organisation & communication skills
