Specialist Quality Control and Automation (m/w/d)
Einsatzort: Leipzig, Deutschland
Abteilung: Quality Control / Quality Assurance
Anstellung: bevorzugt in Vollzeit, Teilzeit möglich (mindestens 32 Wochenstunden)

  • Qualitätssicherung von Produkten und Geräten inklusive Erstellung und Umsetzung von Prüfplänen, Bewertung und Freigabe von Produktionschargen und Wareneingängen, Durchführung von Lagerstabilitätsprüfungen, Ausstellung von Analysezertifikaten sowie Aufbereitung von Abweichungs- und Fehlerberichten
  • Geräteverantwortung und technischer Service bei der Qualitätskontrolle, Dokumentation, Wartung und Reparatur unserer Diagnostikgeräte sowie Verantwortung für deren technische Freigabe
  • Kunden- und Vertriebsunterstützung durch Bearbeitung technischer Rückfragen, Anleitung und Support unserer Kunden (m/w/d) (remote) sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb bei Reklamationen und Produktthemen
  • Unterstützung der Produktion bei der Betreuung und regelmäßigen Qualifizierung der ELISA-Beschichtungsanlagen, Programmierung von Beschichtungsprozessen, Bestellung und Einbau von Ersatzteilen sowie Implementierung und Validierung von QC-Prozessen bei der Herstellung von Extraktionskits

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im naturwissenschaftlichen oder ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Bereich (Biologie, Biochemie, Biotechnologie, Chemie, Pharmazie, Labor- und Verfahrenstechnik) bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der biotechnologischen oder pharmazeutischen Produktion
  • Fundierte immunbiologische und molekularbiologische Kenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office sowie ERP-Systemen
  • Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Know-how im Projektmanagement von Vorteil
  • Eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an analytischem Denkvermögen
