KAM Modern Channel
Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Key Account Manager (KAM) para unirse a nuestro equipo de ventas en el área de Retail. El candidato ideal estará a cargo de la relación comercial con clientes clave de la compañía, siendo responsable de las cuentas asignadas y ejecutando en ellas todos los pasos del Joint Business Plan definido por la gerencia de ventas para maximizar tanto los Resultados de Stanley Black&Decker como el de los clientes con nuestras marcas.

Responsabilidades:

• Maximizar tanto la venta Sell-In como el Margen de SBD en cada cliente alineado al plan de ventas definido.
• Velar por un Sano y sostenido crecimiento Sell-Out en cada cuenta, asegurando la concreción de actividades de Portafolio, Ejecución y proyectos transformadores de Trade Marketing.
• Acelerar proyectos colaborativos de negocio que nos permitan en conjunto a los clientes direccionar nuestras categorías a un crecimiento rentable.
• Aumentar nuestra presencia en cada cliente buscando participar en todas las categorías donde SBD participa (Herramientas, consumibles, H. Manuales, jardín, Automóvil, Electricidad, plomería y más).
• Mantención de reportería clave del JPB con sus clientes como Dashboard de Sell-Out, Procesos CPFR, tracking de desempeño promocional e Innovación, entre otros.
• Responsable de acelerar el desempeño Sell-In y Sell-Out de manera Omnicanal en sus clientes (Tienda, Ecommerce, Venta Empresa, etc).
• Colaborar entre diferentes departamentos dentro SBD logrando coordinar el avance de diferentes etapas para lograr la ejecución de proyectos comerciales.
• Participar en sesiones de Planificación de demanda, Supply Chain, Revenue Growt management y Trade Marketing entre otros.
• Store Check semanal, liderando así la ejecución en PDV e identificando oportunidades de ejecución.
• Prospección y concreción de nuevos clientes Retail.

Requisitos:

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en el cargo de Key Account Manager o similar en compañías de Retail o consumo masivo.
• Microsoft Office Intermedio/Avanzado. (Manejo de Excel, Power Point y Power BI)
• Experiencia en el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de ventas y marketing.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y relación con clientes.
• Capacidad para analizar y reportar sobre el desempeño de iniciativas tanto internamente como con cliente.
• Experiencia en proyectos colaborativos de negocio como JBP, CatMan, Trade MKT, Innovación, etc.
• Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes departamentos.
• Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.
• Contar con movilización propia y licencia de conducir.
