About the Role

We are looking for experienced Project Managers to join a global Group Programmes and Portfolio function, delivering strategic projects across a complex, international organisation.


The role will focus on business transformation and organisational change, working across global teams to improve ways of working, introduce new technology and deliver measurable business benefits.


This is not purely an IT project management role. You will work across business and technology teams, engaging with customers, operational teams, commercial stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business challenges and deliver effective solutions.


Projects may involve global operating model changes, automation and cost reduction initiatives, technology-enabled transformation, engineering solutions and complex customer go-to-market programmes.


You will work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple countries and functions, helping to deliver transformation in a global environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, scope, timelines, budget and expected benefits.
  • Deliver business transformation and organisational change projects across a global environment.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities and develop practical solutions.
  • Support initiatives designed to improve efficiency, reduce costs and increase productivity, including automation and technology-enabled change.
  • Manage projects involving the implementation or enhancement of technology solutions that support wider business objectives.
  • Work across business, technology, operational, commercial and customer-facing teams.
