Ihre Aufgaben:

  • monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung (Preparatory Payroll) für mehrere Länder vor: Deutschland, UK, Italien, Frankreich, Slowakei, Tschechien, Polen und Ungarn
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit externen Payroll-Partner
  • Erstellung und Pflege der Jahresreports für div. Institutionen
  • Betreuung der Expat Payroll und Koordinieren der steuerlichen Prozesse sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatern
  • Systemadministration für Personio: Datenpflege, Reportings und Prozessoptimierung
  • Prozessverantwortliche:r für das A1-Bescheinigungsverfahren im Rahmen von Auslandseinsätzen innerhalb der EU

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement, Wirtschaftsrecht oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung in der internationalen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung wünschenswert
  • Gute Kenntnisse Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, und idealerweise Erfahrung mit dem HR-System Personio
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich
  • Multitasking-Talent, analytische Fähigkeiten und hohes Maß an Genauigkeit, teamorientiert, kommunikativ und fit im Vermitteln von schwierigen Sachverhalten als professioneller Ansprechpartner/in
