Overall job purpose
To contribute to the delivery of the Minimum Digital Living Standard (MDLS) Pilot by identifying and support the digital inclusion needs of Tai Mon residents. This role involves assessing the current digital capabilities of individuals and households, particularly those who are vulnerable or digitally excluded, and providing tailored advice, guidance, and practical support to improve their digital literacy. The post
holder will work directly with residents to enhance their ability to access essential online services. Empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge needed to navigate the digital world, this role supports wider efforts to reduce digital inequality, promote social inclusion, and build stronger communities.
