Job Summary The Finance Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete records regarding payments to suppliers, lenders, and employees, process payments from clients, and hire, train, and support accounting staff members. Key Job Responsibilities Plan, implement and oversee overall accounting strategy. Oversee and perform accounting daily operations. Take responsibility for accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity, etc. Contract review Manage and oversee Installer compliance Monitor and analyze accounting data. Set up and monitor accounting KPI's. Regularly produce financial reports or statements. Adhere to proper accounting methods, policies and principles. Encourage other employees to adhere to standards. Oversight and management of monthly cycle counts on inventory. Perform and oversee annual audits. Provide recommendations. Meet financial accounting objectives. Conduct special projects as assigned. Other duties assigned by supervisor. Key Performance Measurements Management observation regarding attitude, diligence, team contributions, and willingness & ability to learn new skills and information. Prior experience supervising an accounting staff, is required. Experience using Microsoft Dynamics GP and SAP B1. Knowledge of creating queries on SQL Database is a plus.
