About United Way of Northern Utah: United Way of Northern Utah is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving Weber, Box Elder, Morgan, and Cache counties. About Learn with Playgroup: Learn with Playgroup is a free research-based learning experience for parents and their children ages 0-5 in Weber County. Parents and their children participate in guided play, stories, art, and some structured group activities. The experience exposes children to basic pre-K learning opportunities and increased socialization.
