Responsibilities: * Partner with leaders, HR Business Partners, shared services, and Centers of Excellence to support the North America HR operating model and ensure consistent execution of employee lifecycle processes. * Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, performance, attendance, discipline, accommodations, leaves, return-to-work, and conflict resolution; escalate complex or high-risk matters as appropriate. * Administer and support HR policies, procedures, programs, and compliance requirements, including policy updates, employee handbook maintenance, investigations, and consistent application of federal and state employment requirements. * Coordinate recruitment support, onboarding, orientation, 30/60/90-day check-ins, employee transitions, and exit interview processes in partnership with Talent Acquisition and business leaders. * Support performance management, talent review, succession planning, employee development, engagement, retention actions, and organizational training initiatives. * Support compensation, benefits, wellness, and job architecture processes, including job description updates, employee inquiries, and coordination with internal and external partners. * Maintain accurate HRIS, payroll, time and attendance, and employee record data for new hires, transfers, promotions, status changes, leaves, and terminations; prepare reports and track follow-up actions as needed. * Prepare clear HR communications, employee notices, manager talking points, and change-management materials to support policy, organizational, engagement, and site-level initiatives. * Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, employee experience, culture, performance, and business outcomes through data, feedback, and partnership with site and functional leaders. * Support HR, safety, ethics, and compliance programs; follow AGI’s safety policies, Code of Business Ethics, and related compliance requirements.
