OFFERING WORK/LIFE FLEXIBILITY, A FUN AND REWARDING CULTURE & PROFESSIONAL GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES!   THE POSITION: Our Exercise Specialists are one of the most integral positions in our company and play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships and driving the patient experience. Exercise Specialists will assist patients with their exercises and modalities as directed by the treating therapist. Exercise Specialists must demonstrate dedication to providing care that improves the total health of our patients to ensure the maximum benefit is gained from each session.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Work closely with the PTs/PTAs/OTs/COTAs to work through prescribed exercises and modalities. * Demonstrate exercises including but not limited to jumping, balancing on one leg, rotation of the shoulder in multiple planes, and using exercise equipment. * Build strong relationships with clients and clinical staff. * Perform modalities such as ultrasound, E-Stim, and application of cold/hot packs. * Chart progress and daily exercise completion in patients’ medical records. * Set up and take down equipment.
