Position Purpose and Summary  HTM’s headquarters is where donors, partners, and visitors first connect with the organization. The Front Desk Lead is often the first person they meet, and they help create a welcoming and professional experience. This role reports to the Director of Development and manages the front desk. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls and emails, coordinating donation pickups, preparing receipts and mailings, and supporting donor outreach. The Front Desk Lead also helps with tours, handles mail and deliveries, supports leadership with administrative tasks, and helps oversee front desk staff and volunteers. This role helps shape how people see HTM by making sure every interaction is friendly, organized, and professional.
