YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years experience in a real estate related working environment (investment, development, asset management, or similar fields including student housing and hospitality)
• Ideally experience in short-term rental operators, expansion, sales, or in a growth role. Hotelier business or hospitality knowledge is a plus.
• Solid underwriting experience
• Sales-savvy personality with strong communication skills
• You have developed a network of landlords, investors, developers, and brokers
• A well-rounded, yet easy-going personality who enjoys being at the forefront of a spectacular growth and success story
• German language skills required

We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a City Manager/ Property Manager to join our team in Berlin where you will play a crucial role in the management of our property portfolio in Germany. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including overseeing properties, maintaining positive relationships with tenants and landlords, managing finances, and ensuring operational efficiency. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Rapidly grow our footprint across Germany & Austria, securing residential and commercial lease contracts
• Build new relationships for a steady, fast-paced expansion of our Habyt co-living experience
• Source, screen, underwrite, make site visits, negotiate, and close Habyt expansion opportunities in Germany with developers and real estate owners
• Conduct market research, and identify target locations
• Conduct financial modeling, and detailed cash-flow underwriting to generate attractive returns for both landlords and Habyt
• Develop and implement scalable and efficient strategies to ensure both consistent results and exponential growth across all markets
• Develop relationships with developers and landlords in those markets
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective deal progression
